Jessica Foley

Partner, Director of Client Service

Jessica manages and supervises the client relationship teams by identifying best practices, developing team efficiencies, and managing department resources. She works to support organizational growth and helps to ensure that firm-wide initiatives are implemented to enhance the end client experience. She is a pivotal resource for clients in situations where she coordinates Bainco teams and outside advisors in an effort to streamline complicated projects. As the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer, Jessica designs and implements customized policies and procedures based on continuous and rigorous reviews of the firm’s business practices. Her role reinforces the firm’s commitment to compliance and client service while delivering a superior client experience.

Jessica and her husband own and operate a restaurant in their hometown of Medfield where they raise their four children. On weekends, she enjoys attending her children’s sporting events, taking walks with the dogs, tending to her garden and watching movies at home with her family.
